Pacific Sprint Racing team, Australian sim racing team with the backing of some great sponsors Autoserv NZ , Wynn's NZ have achieved some great results across numerous categories in iracing.
Fantasic result Friday night in the 2L Tourers category, with Tyson Hanmer securing 3 podiums from 3 races, finishing off with a win to secure round honours at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in his Hyundai Elantra.
Qualifying P3 for race 1, Tyson managed to stay with the front pack and crossed the line in P2. Unfortunately, an incident on lap 5 would see a 10 second post-race time penalty being applied. Fortunately, this only cost one place for a P3 result.
Full reverse grid for Race 2, meant a rear of grid start alongside Race 1 winner Damon Mulqueen from Synergy Sim Racing. Managing to avoid early race carnage, Tyson would see himself climbing up the ranks and capatilising on slow down penalties from drivers ahead to finish P2 and start from the front row next to Race 2 winner Craig Mason for Race 3.
Getting the holeshot and apex for turn 2, Tyson would take the lead and be unchallenged from there on in. An incident between both previous race winners at the end of Lap 2 provided a lengthy margin too great to be chased.
🏁🏁 Autoserv Racing back for 2023 🏁🏁
Tonight the boys return to the track, starting off with Round 1 of the SCOPS Support Series in both the Vee Eight and 2L Tourer categories.
Jamie Davis makes a long awaited return to league racing, this time turning back the clock and piloting the #92 VF Commodore in 2 80km races
Tyson Hanmer will start off tonight running the #18 Hyundai Elantra for a triple sprint in the 2L Tourers - and then will join Jamie in his own #18 VF Commodore to contest all 5 races tonight.
Catch all the action over on Simspeed TV - via Facebook/Youtube/Twitch - live from 8.30pm AEDT
The Autoserv Mercedes AMG made its way to Detroit for round 4 of AOG GT Open Australia for a 40 lap team sprint race.
Tyson Hanmer would set the time in Qualifying and also start the car from position 12. With the aim of making sure to keep the car straight in time for the driver swap to come.
After 21 laps, it was handed over to a returning Max Havet, fresh from a small league racing hiatus. Maxy gave it his all and capitalised on some free positions to eventually finish P8 and grab the team's first points and top 10 finish.
In a very stacked field, this is an amazing result for the team. Looking to see if the fortuntes continue when the boys visit Sandown for the next round
All set for the Sebring 12hr tomorrow, with yet another awesome new paint from BlackWolf Graphx for the Dallara P217 LMP2.
Good luck to the following drivers piloting the #92 Autoserv entry:
Jamie Davis
Max Havet
Tyson Hanmer
Fresh new look for Autoserv Racing in 2022.
Massive shoutout to BlackWolf Graphx for the awesome design. They have come up a treat.
🏁2021 SEASON REVIEW🏁
Well, what a year it has been for the team - dipping our toes into many disciplines and series this year, not limiting our boundaries to what we drive. From tin-tops to open wheelers and a bit of oval racing in between, it has been nothing but a tonne of fun for the team.
To all the series organisers that the team had the priviledge of being a part of - thank you all for your efforts in making each series we entered as enjoyable as possible.
In total, we had a total of 4 drivers managing to clinch titles this year:
🏆 Max Havet
AOG Porsche Cup - Season 4 - AM Class Champion
🏆 Jamie Davis
RSRA Super 2 - Overall Champion
🏆 Shannon Mortlock
AOG Porsche Cup - Season 5 - Pro-AM Class Champion
🏆 Tyson Hanmer
AOG Porsche Cup - Season 5 - AM Class Champion
2022 looks to me an even more exciting year for Autoserv Racing as we continue to grow and become more involved in this crazy world of Sim Racing.

The last 2 weeks Jamie has done battle at imola for 2 sprint races and a night race at twing ring motegi.
Imola: Jamie qualified 5th and got off to a nice start and holding his position. An early safety car ment that the drivers had a 7 lap srint for race 1. Jamie getting tangled up on lap 7 and into the gravel dropped him to P15.
Race 2 Jamie started P22 and quickly got to work on lap 1, jumping all the way up to 7th by lap 2 and slowly chipped away at the cars before winning race 2 and being 4th over all on the round points.
Championship lead down to 69 points.
Twing Ring Motegi: Jamie qualified in 4th and held position off the start. An early slow down dropped Jamie to 5th but quickly getting back to 4th. A stratagy call by Tyson seen jamie pit early and undercut to take the lead. With the pressure of fresh tyres behind him Jamie did not fight hard and settled in for the long run home to come home 2nd.
With 2 rounds to go at Phillip Island and double points at Bathurst Jamie’s championship lead sits at 73 points.

🏁RSRA Round 8 At Red Bull Ring🏁
Wednesday night seen Jamie take on the new Red Bull Ring and after spending this week working on 1 lap pace it payed off as he was able to snag his first Pole Position of the season.
Race start was good until a little spin of his rear wheels seen Simon Vella able to sneak up along side Jamie going into turn 1, but with a great corner exit Jamie was able to keep the lead as the pack flew into the tight hairpin.
Simon Vella was making sure Jamie was not going far and stuck with him until the first round of stops were made resulting in Jamie having a 4 second lead and just looking after his tires.
Safety car was required at around lap 20 and bunched the field up but once Jamie made the restart he had new pressure in the form of David Nash.
Nash would pressure Davis until the final stops were made and Nash got the jump on Jamie. Eyes forward and looking to hunt David down Jamie got on with it.
A mistake for both Davis and Nash seen them locked in a 5 lap battle where the two would go side by side for 3 laps in a row.
Jamie catching a slide after the lightest of door rubs and he had to defend from Kyle Zinc for 2 laps before closing the gap back to Nash to half a second crossing the line.
Jamie had to settle for P2 but he extended his championship points lead to 70 points now.
Next week the Super 2 series heads to Imola in Italy for a sprint round with race 2 being a full reverse grid race there is sure to be plenty of action.

🏁RSRA Round 7 at Detroit.🏁
Another session where Jamie was not able to get the 1 lap pace out of the car.
Starting the race in P12 Jamie made a clean start and took advantage of the start line crash to gain 4 spots.
When the lap 1 safety car came in Jamie felt comfortable with his race setup and starting making his way up the totem pole slowly.
Not taking tires in his first pit stop Jamie was starting to struggle a lot with rear end grip and just ran a clean middle stint instead.
After the 2nd stops were made Jamie was sitting in P3 but the race leader was on a fuel saving mission and that enabled Jamie to grab P2 with 3 laps to go.
Starting in P12 and crossing the line in P2 Jamie has extended his championship lead to 57 points with 5 rounds remaining.
Cheer him and the Autoserv boys on during the week as they start another week of F3 on Monday, Porsche 911 cup on Tuesday and Jamie in the supercar on Wednesday.

AOG Porsche Cup Round 4- Phillip Island Come join us whilst we tackle Phillip Island in the AOG Porsche Cup
As our F3 boys head to Circuit of The Americas tonight, here’s a rundown on how they went around the tricky Red Bull Ring
Havet Motorsports- Quali- 7th, Race- 4th
Started P7, Followed Shanno for the entire first stint pulling away with the lead pack with him before an. Undercut put me ahead, from. Then on it was a battle for Third for the rest of the race but couldn’t quite get there due to a few mistakes and lapped cars, once again, but never the less looking forward to tonight’s race around a short but difficult COTA.
Shannon Mortlock- Quali- 5th, Race- 11th
Qualified p5, started well and got up to 4th where I stayed most of the race, got caught up with a back marker resulting in damage, from there on it was tough but managed p12, pace was really promising so hopefully it carries on to the next round.
Brodie Scott- Quali- 17th, Race- 27th
Qualified P18, really struggled with understeer this round... got a good start off the line heading into turn one got hit from the inside which pushed into the car outside causing rear wheel damage and having to slowly make my way to the pits, came out in 43rd ended up finishing P28 another tough round.
Tyson Hanmer- Quali- 21st, Race- 23rd
Started P21 - clipped a car lap 1 turn 1 - got as high as p15 until i had a spin on lap 6 - struggled from there on in until I had a 10-lap battle with the next position swapping places every lap. Finished p23 - again just missing out on points....
Dean Williams- Quali- 28th, Race- 28th
RSRA Round 6
Jamie had no luck in qualifying and was unable to set a stime in the 15 minute session.
Starting from 35th on the grid Jamie did not have the start he wanted when we get caught up in a start line crash.
After the lap 1 safety car Jamie got to work on making his way up the field. Gaining a few spots before coming together and timurning a competitor around and getting a drive through penalty. Dropping down to 30th and a fair way back Jamie focused on settling down and getting into a rytham. Middle of the race was pretty calm as a few stops were made. Jamie was leading at one stage but was on the back foot because of fuel stratergy. As Jamie made his last stop he emerged in an awesome 4th place. 12 seconds behind 3rd place with 11 laps to go Jamie put the foot to the floor and went hunting. With 2 and a half laps to go Jamie made the move and pulled it off to finished the race on the podium.
An awesome drive and a great hall of points.
Jamie leads the championship by 51 points at the halfway mark of the season. 92. J.Davis Racing

Last night 4 of our boys Havet Motorsports, Shannon Mortlock, Tyson Hanmer and Steve Griffis drove in the AOG Porsche Cup, with massive thanks to Dean Williams for spotting all of the boys throughout the night. Here’s a run-down on how their nights went, the results are classified overall with in class results in brackets.
Max Havet Quali- 21st (1st), Sprint Race- 13th (1st), Feature Race- 13TH (2nd)
Heat- I had lot’s of pace but couldn’t really show it unfortunately started a little further back then ideal which then caused me to be in the argy bargey stuff with a few little incidents, had a solid and nice clean race from then on and moved up to P13.
Feature- Was once again a very solid start however I got hit in the opening lap and didn’t realise I had enough damage for over a minute of optional repairs (which I didn’t realise till after), that made the car extremely tough to drive and was solidly inside the top 10 until being put into the fence causing a lot more damage and reducing the pace significantly, to come home P13.
Shannon Mortlock Quali- 29TH (5th) , Sprint Race- 18th (4th), Feature Race- 19th (4th)
First race in the AOG Porsche Cup was really fun, managed to survive the first lap in the sprint but then throughout the race spent the tyres a bit much and got caught in an incident, feature race got caught in an incident at the start but then kept it going, didn’t quite have the pace and had to save the tyre so that it would last after pitting the first lap under safety car but happy with the result.
Tyson Hanmer Quali- 30th (6th), Sprint Race- 17th (3rd), Feature Race- 22nd (5th)
Heat - Started P30 and got a mega launch jumping about 4-5 cars into turn 1. Mostly kept the car clean and off the walls. Gained 13 positions to finish 17th (thanks to Shanno)
Feature – I burnt the clutch hard and ripped into wheelspin. Unfortunately got stuck in a traffic jam at the fountain on lap 1 so couldn’t make up spots. Kept it relatively clean except for a racing incident at the hairpin midway through. Nursed it home a lap down in P22, to make it another double points outing for this season.
Steve Griffis Quali- 34th (7th), Sprint Race- 21st (6th), Feature Race- 24TH (6th)
And be sure to go check out Jamie Davis tackles Oulton Park in his Ford Mustang Supercar in Round 5 of the RSRA Super2 E-SERIES and extend his championship lead over the rest of the field. Max Havet will also be racing tonight as he turns too dirt around Kokomo Speedway in the Fastlane Esports 410 Sprint car series.

Round 3 AOG Porsche Cup- Long Beach Round 3 AOG Porsche Cup around Long Beach, currently leading the Am championship, so we'll be trying to extend the lead.
Last night 4 of our boys Havet Motorsports, Shannon Mortlock, Brodie Scott and Tyson Hanmer drove in Round 3 of the Formula 3 Australia Silver Series. Unfortunately, all 4 of them got caught up in the first lap pile up as did majority of the field, here’s a run-down on how their nights went.
Max Quali- 8TH, Race- 3RD
Still really struggling to find any grip and temperature in the tyres during Qualifying, nevertheless started P8. I had great start moving forward 2 spots before the hairpin, before being left with nowhere to go. After taking on fuel and doing repairs I came out 17th and from then onwards it was head down and try and recover. Recover we did driving back up to a podium finish and only 9 seconds off the lead, securing some solid points.
Shannon Quali- 15TH, Race- 25TH
Started P12 and got a good start but got involved in a crash at the hairpin and had to let the whole field through, after the safety car I was making my way back through when I got caught up in another incident and had to pit again, ended up driving back up to 25th.
Brodie Quali- 10TH, Race- 26TH
Started P10.. was holding position until I also got caught up in the crash at the hairpin which resulted in having to get towed to the pits for repairs.. over 2 minutes in the pits.. came out to hit the wall avoiding another crash two laps later, second pit which seen me finishing 26th at the end.
Tyson Quali- 22ND, Race- 21ST
Started P22, got up to P9 with safety car. Looped it on the restart lap dropped back to around 25th. Got as high as P16 before an equipment failure with 3 mins to go. Finished P21 - just outside the points.
FROM PIT LANE TO P5 🏁🏁🏁
Jamie Davis with one of his finest drives brought home a Mello Yello throwback Autoserv Mustang from a pit lane start to an incredible P5 under full green conditions in the final round of the Goodyear Autocare V8T2 e-Series.
With his signature deep braking overtakes, he was able to claw through the field and keep up the pace with the lead packs for the duration of the race. A couple of late little incidents putting a podium out of reach, but nonetheless a stellar drive and result to wrap up the season.
