🍉🥬 Current Market Update 🍉🍇

안녕하세요 ~

Most of the general vegetables prices are starting to ease to the start of warmer weather and Queensland is pretty well back to normal.

All citrus, apples and pears is well supplied.

Price noticeably going up still are:

Thai basil – a fair amount arrived to Melbourne been damage
Honeydew – due to the rain damage
Green bean – a great quantity been damage due to rain/flood
Green papaya
Choy sum – One of the farm can’t get stock for another week
Ginger – slowing up going up until end of the year
Asparagus – Beginning of the season in Australia, there cheaper asparagus are imported

The price for those product is going down a bit are:

Blueberries – Crops from NSW and Qld are increasing
Broccoli
Lettuce iceberg
Chinese cabbage
Tomato
Zucchini

Start the season produce:

Mango (KP) – Early mangoes are not fantastic, it will get better in few weeks
End of season
Mandarins are coming off the boil a bit
Dragonfruit not end of season but no stock in market due to stock still stuck in quarantine
