Hailing from Victoria’s deep south aka Melbourne and forming in 2021, SWEET TALK are disciples of good time music with inspiration from Southern, blues, country, gospel, soul and rock.

Meet the new owners of the Leadbeater Hotel!

These legends took over a few months ago and we are excited to introduce them to the world

JFox & Dan have an incredible amount of experience between them

Jeremy Fox is a seasoned professional in the music industry, having dedicated over a decade to working with bands. Since 2022, he has been the Leadbeater band booker. As the founder of Strayfox Events, Jeremy has made significant strides in event management and band booking. His career includes working as a booking agent at 123 Agency and co-founding Raida Artists with Vienna Bradley. He also manages bookings for renowned Melbourne venues Wesley Anne and Edinburgh Castle. Jeremy’s excellence in the field was recognized with the Music Victoria award for Best Emerging Regional Venue for the Daylesford Hotel

Daniel Calleja began his career with a sparky apprenticeship but soon realised it wasn’t the right path for him. He transitioned to civil construction, where he has spent the past 10 years leading crews and working on major infrastructure projects around Australia. Seeking a new challenge, Daniel explored the possibility of owning a venue. This journey led him to become a part-owner of the Leadbeater Hotel, where he is now focused on creating a vibrant and successful establishment for everyone
