I'm so stoker-d to be helping my amazing and talented pal turn this blank canvas into something wonderful. studio is the name for this incredible space. Stay tuned as this will be a BIG one!
As well as interiors, we also offer rooftop, courtyard and balcony plant installations. By adding plants to small external areas, it can offer wind protection and refuge from the elements, turning them into livable spaces that you can enjoy year round.

Plant Charmer is Hiring!
This business of mine has been growing a lot, so I’m very excited to bring someone new onto the team to manage our plant maintenance programs.
The role involves weekly visits to Plant Charmer's clients across inner Melbourne to help their plants thrive and grow. I am looking for a friendly people-person who enjoys a chat with clients; someone who is very confident in plant care, and is able to work autonomously and make the role their own. I love working with ambitious people, and this role has a lot of potential to grow over time for the right person.
Required skills and experience for the role:
- Excellent knowledge of plant care / horticultural experience (Formal study is not required)
- Knowledge and experience in watering, fertilising, pruning, repotting and pest management.
- Own transport and driver’s license. Comfortable driving and parking across Melbourne.
- Computer skills (Google Spreadsheets, Google Calendar and Gmail)
- Own ABN
Tools, materials and equipment will be supplied.
If this sounds like you, I would love to hear from you. Please email [email protected] with your CV outlining relevant experience, and an email introducing yourself and outlining why you would like to join the team in this role.
Thank you!

It was only a few short months ago that I was pouring my heart and soul into the .store and I've almost nearly forgotten just how rewarding that experience was. Being able to form an idea in your mind, source the materials, begin building and then see it come to life is supremely satisfying. Now my attention has turned to taking the store online, which is another huge undertaking. Wish me luck.
As a small business owner, you have to assume many roles
Today I became a photographer to shoot some new stuff that we have going on at the .store
What's it's for? You will soon find out 🍂
Many thanks to for assisting.
Partially built over a waterfall, Fallingwater is a house designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1935 in southwest Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands. As the seasons change and the environment adapts, it stays as a constant in the beautiful landscape.
In just over 2 weeks time, the .store will be hosting some of the most talented ceramicists in Melbourne. I feel so honoured to be on board with this amazing event. The shelves will be brimming with ceramic treasure for every budget - from jewellery to tableware, sculptural art and objects – all created by hand using traditional and not-so-traditional techniques. Open 7-9 May at 149 Nicholson St, East Brunswick.

During one of my Maintenance visits, I was gently tending to some plants when a lovely lady came up behind me. She told me how the plants in the space bring her so much happiness and that it has inspired her to buy plants for her home. I could see in her eyes and by the tone in her voice that she was generally humbled by being in their presence. Small moments like these remind me why I was first drawn to plants and how powerful they can be. Nature is in all of us and it can't hurt to embrace it from time to time 🍂
Last years autumn window installation is bringing back fond memories of musky smelling leaf litter and damp, cool soil 🍂
A moment of ease.

Sunday's are for connecting with nature and relaxing the mind. A brief hiatus from the normal work day allows me to reset the dials and appreciate the week that was.
