Post Partum soak
What is a Sitz bath?
A sitz bath is a warm, shallow bath for cleansing the perineal area.
The combination of rich magnesium, Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate, Chamomile, Comfrey, Calendula, Yarrow flowers, Marshmallow root, Lavender flowers, Bergamot Oil helps to stimulate blood flow, fight infection, heal tears, and reduce swelling.
Dissolving them in a warm bath and then bathing in them encourages absorption into the skin, boosting the body’s Magnesium levels.
Magnesium is also know to help relax and improve sleep quality aiding in the reduction of tiredness, fatigue, and anxiety.

It’s that time of the year! 🎅🎅🎅
BANANA SANTA SKEWERS - So cute and easy to whip up a batch of these! 🎅🍌
📋 Ingredients:
- Bananas, peeled and sliced into rounds 🍌
- Mini marshmallows 🍥
- Strawberries, hulled and halved 🍓
- Red grapes, separated into small clusters 🍇
- Toothpicks or small skewers 🍡
🥣 Instructions:
1. Take a banana round and thread it onto a toothpick or small skewer as the base.
2. Place a mini marshmallow on top of the banana round to create Santa's beard.
3. Add a strawberry half to the skewer with the pointed end facing down to form Santa's hat.
4. Place a small cluster of red grapes above the strawberry to represent Santa's hat's pom-pom.
5. Repeat the process to create as many BANANA SANTA SKEWERS as desired.

Did you know we have a USA site?
One of our popular request to get in is the HIPP HA formula but we don’t like encouraging you to rush off purchasing these formulas because 1) we can only get it direct from Europe 2) sometimes there are postal/courier delays 3) sometimes the meanies aka customs team might peek and open a tin or two making them unusable and $$ down the drain.
We are lucky here in Australia, lots of formula choices, Holle from Europe is officially distributed here alongside a bunch of new organic local brands so it’s much easier to get this to you or at supermarkets.
That said, some babies returning to Australia are used to their baby formulas or you’re at your wits ends with baby stomach problems, then yes we can get it into Australia for you. Or America of course, and Canada!
Why is HIPP HA always sold out though?
Many parents seek this special HIPP Baby formulation instead of the more common HIPP varieties due to it's Hypo allergenic properties.
This means that although they are made from the same organic cow's milk as all regular HiPP formulas, the proteins are broken down so that the baby's immune system can't react to them.
HIPP itself is made in a few different European countries, meaning supplies are usually plentiful and reliable. HIPP HA though is only made in Germany.
Unfortunately this means that depending on demands and peaks, sometimes they are harder to source!
We have both in stock at the moment. HIPP HA 1 and 2, so reach out if you need a hand or have any questions.

Welcome to my entire day 😂 I couldn’t help crack up at the last comment. Isn’t it so true? Who knew what parenthood would be like until you became one.
Getting ready for mat leave, I was ready to be bored and taking on life projects like learning new things while the baby was asleep. 🤦♀️ I can see how I quickly became the mum and wife saying these words too! Lol. I think I still do and my kids are 6 and 13! I’m going shopping, make sure you check on mr 6 year old in case he gets into mischief!
