Carly's last day in our space will be the 27th of July then she will be heading out on the big beauty space by herself, growing her passion from home in her business .

Most likely by the end of the day you are feeling emotionally drained and the though of making another one is overwhelming.
This is what we call decision fatigue.
Decision fatigue is exactly what it sounds like, you are tired of making decisions and we get caught in it we are more prone to making irrational and impulsive choices relying on shortcuts that could be hindering your skin.

The solution is: routines

Routines allow our tasks to be executed automatically without taking an emotional toll. We get life gets in the way and routines can be hard to stick to but creating small routines that are acheivable to stick to can be the key to saying goodbye to ther daily overwhelm.

Routines we encourage:
Meal prepping
Going to bed at the same time every night
Nightly routines such as cleansing and moisturising
Daily movement

The other routine we encourage is booking your appointments as you leave our space. Our research has shown us online bookings creates our clients falling out cycles with us making it much hard to find an appointment at a suitable time for them or stretching their appointments out as well and when it comes to things like hair removal and facial plans this isn't ideal for you or for us

Winter can make exacerbate skin conditions such as peri-oral dermatitis, rosacea and acne along with causing general redness and NQR- "not quite right" skin.

External heat sources such as long, delicious showers and blaring heaters can cause disruptions in our barrier allowing inflammation to arise.
