Our Twelve Hour Cured Kingfish is a favourite evening plate at Chadstone.

Made with crispy chilli oil, compressed papaya, seaweed crisp and sunrise lime, it's a dish best enjoyed when shared. Available all day, seven days a week, though we recommend it with a glass of wine on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights... perhaps we'll see you tonight?
