This was wedding the theme was Red as it's Symbolic of luck and wealth. I made over 200 cupcakes studded with a single handmade sugar rose. They where boxes at the end of the night and taken as favours / bonbonniere.

I made this beautiful engagement cake in 37 degree heat/ humidity Fondant does not like the Australian heat! I had to stick on thousands of tinny confetti but hand, needless to say there was confetti everywhere! But I was happy with the end result!
