- Towel required upon entry, this is not optional and needs to be placed on benches behind and under arms.

- No work boots permitted, regardless if they are clean or not

- Correct gym attire to be worn (no jeans, dirty workwear)

- Weight plates to be removed from machine after use and no weights to be left on floor

Repeat offenders will have their memberships cancelled & causal visitors will be banned from the facility.

I will make no apologies enforcing these rules!
