How do you train your ears to recognize intervals?
🎼A good way to train your ears to recognize intervals is to listen to music with the intention of identifying the sounds of various intervals.
🎼Try playing on a piece of music you are familiar with, and listen for the sound of the major 3rd
🎼In this instance everyone is familiar with Louis Armstrong - What a Wonderful World and this starts with a major 3rd
🎼 on the last reel another great example is "Imagine" by John Lenon
