2014年澳大利亚乳业投资峰会于本周一（9/15）在墨尔本召开。

澳洲政府包括澳洲乳业局在内等重要部门为促进澳洲乳业的良好发展，积极支持和鼓励中方及海外投资的进入澳洲市场。Australia Lian He Pty Ltd作为本土乳制品企业也应邀参与会议。

此次峰会由澳大利亚贸易部部长 Andrew Robb致开场词，并由澳洲乳业局董事John Mckillop主持。

2014年9月17日，“中澳农业及食品安全百年合作计划”（简称“ASA100”）中方成立大会在北京隆重举行。中国农业部部长韩长赋及新希望集团、中粮集团、娃哈哈集团、联想佳沃等近50余位中方企业代表，澳大利亚农业部长Barnaby Joyce先生和澳大利亚福特斯库金属集团（FMG）创始者兼总裁Andrew Forrest先生等60余位澳方政府及企业代表，中投、中金、中国银行、中国农业银行、摩根大通、澳新银行等多家国内外金融及投资机构代表，以及业内的专家学者共同鉴证了这一历史时刻。

JONESY’S Fresh Milk


Country of origin: Australia
Product type: Pasteurized Milk
Ingredient: Fresh Milk
Storage: Refrigerated under 4°C
Size: 1 Litre

Fresh pasteurised milk is heated to 73 Celsius for 15 seconds. This is the enforced by the law in Australia and it kills all the germs (toxic microorganisms in food) except the spoilage organisms. Then the milk is filled into the non-aseptic pack, such as standard plastic or cardboard. In the whole distributing chain, the milk must be refrigerated. The above process enables the milk being treated as the most fresh and natural milk.

No Permeate

Permeate is an additive commonly used in fresh milk. It’s a watery, greenish waste product from the production of cheese. Many companies add permeate into the fresh milk to decrease the cost. As a result, the milk is diluted. Jonesy’s never adds permeate into its milk. This is the reason why its milk is more concentrated.

The difference between Jonesy’s Fresh Milk and UHT Milk is that UHT milk is pasterised at a higher temperature and then sealed in a special “sterilised ” package. The higher temperature kills more of the natural bacteria found in normal milk. By killing this bacteria and storing the milk in a special package – it can last a lot longer without refrigeration. Jonesy’s Milk does not contain any extra preservatives or additives. It is only the higher heat process and the special package that enables it to last longer on the shelf – without refrigeration. Other than that – it is exactly the same as Jonesy’s Fresh Milk.
