First, let me say that I really hope to not be insensitive in this post. I'm writing this because I care. But if you don't have life insurance, or Critical Illness/Income Protection cover in place for yourself or your loved ones how can you or the ones left behind afford funeral/medical expenses? I've recently had several people I knew well have to do some type of internet crowdfunding to pay for their loved one's expenses, and over the past couple of years, I've seen numerous campaigns on Facebook helping to raise funds for a deceased or critically ill loved one.
