What are DAS and when are they needed? 📡

DAS stands for Distributed Antenna System and is antenna infrastructure designed to vastly improve mobile (cellular) in-building coverage providing excellent mobile phone reception. It’s an end to end system covering mobile phone reception and internet connectivity. This system is suitable for high traffic and high occupancy buildings.

Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) are an ideal solution for larger buildings that have “dead zones” as they essentially create a reliable link to the nearest mobile towers, with antennas strategically placed throughout the building.

We can provide in-building system design, coverage modelling software, RF scanning and mobile measurement, and inter-modulation measurement testing (PIM).
