Starting with the process in delivering to our clients and working back from there, we held a workshop with TXM Lean Solutions to identify where we have waste in our processes and how we can streamline what we do. Looking at how we can collaborate and communicate better so we improve our efficiencies to achieve better outcomes for our clients and each other. It’s important for us to review our processes not just each year but improve upon them daily.
