The club wants to say congratulations and we are extremely proud of Maya and Tegan for their umpiring as we finish up the winter season. Both have shown that putting in hard work, determination and showing up each week, that they can have it all. Firstly well done to Maya who was awarded the LYVNA Umpires Encouragement Award. Secondly is Tegan, who pushed through after being unwell and got her C Badge. Well done to you both. 💚💜

As the Winter season is coming to the end, with all the hard work, dedication, and effort the players have been putting in, it gives us great joy to announce that Charlotte and Ella were accepted into a Rep squad. We are extremely proud of these 2, who now join a long list of Rep players for our Club. Thank you to their parents for supporting them and encouraging them to dream big. 🌧️🌧️🌧️ Wet Weather Policy Reminder 🌧️🌧️🌧️

Netball is traditionally an outdoor / all weather sport and a decision whether to play or not or reschedule due to adverse weather, is made at the start of each timeslot by the LYVNA committee on duty at the time.

Play will go on as usual unless it's dangerous (lightning, hail, or slippery courts).

If LYVNA's committee deem the uncovered courts unsafe to play, half games will be played on undercover courts by all teams.

Each year many players from all different clubs participate in Rep Try Outs (including Rep Try Outs at other clubs, other than LYVNA) for the chance of getting into a Rep Squad. This included 3 different days of intense trials and workouts. This all happens the previous year (2023) and then the waiting game until January 2024 for who has been selected to join a Rep Squad. This year we are extremely proud to say that 5 of our players were chosen to join 3 different Rep Clubs. Not only do these 5 players have school, they also play during the week along with training for both clubs and then to play on a Saturday, having recently played in Rep Tournaments on a Sunday plus 3 are up and coming umpires. The commitment to Netball and their own personal lives’ is outstanding (along with the parents who have encouraged, supported and have allowed them to grow is also appreciated). We are proud of Ellie, Lucy, Grace, Alannah and Olivia for taking the next step this year!!! 💚💜💚💜💚💜
