Moving along nicely on our first project with the team from Brady Constructions it's been a pleasure up to this point and ready for the push in last couple of buildings to get this one completed. Hopefully many more opportunities in the future to work together, would not be possible without the supply of a great window product once again by Jacky Pan and the team at Altop.

Local Kensington is a build to rent project that comprises of 483 apartments ranging from studio up to 3 bedroom apartments. The project is progressing nicely, building A, B and C topped out with our window install. currently installing some Ground floor entries and shopfronts, also have started window install in 2 of the 3 remaining buildings (D, E and F) Once again a pleasure working with Hacer Group and the whole team onsite and in the background to get us to where we are today. NEW PROJECT UPDATE - 550 SPENCER STREET WEST MELBOURNE 'AURORA
Proud to be part of this exciting Australian first with
photovoltaic panels (solar panels) installed to the facade. As we look to a greener and more sustainable eco-friendly future it's a pleasure to be working with and entrusted by the Crema Group team again for this complex facade. Jacky Pan and the team at Altop again supplying a beautiful facade. This is definitely one that I can't wait to see as a finished product.

Burwood Brickworks Apartments Stage 5 & 6 is the second project with Hacer Group and its been a very successful collaboration. Been a pleasure dealing with the whole Hacer site team, and working together we have flown through this project. It may not be a high rise but there is a lot of windows in these apartments.

The development will comprise of two 6 storey apartment buildings with a combined 229 apartments alongside an outdoor communal/landscaped area.

Look forward to hopefully working together again in the future, now to just do the final touches on this project. Special thanks to the whole Windows R Us site team for smashing this one out 👊👌
