Toggles / Togs Toggles

Toggles is an inter-dimensional multi-disciplinary Artist working out of his off-grid workshop North of Melbourne. Certified with a BFA in Sculpture and also Mechanical engineering (electronics/Robotics.)

He uses a variety of digital fabrication techniques to produce complex interlocking structures which fit together like puzzles to make functional psychedelic playgrounds for all ages: Evolving mysterious, alien influenced worlds through techno-extrapolation - with a keen eye for detail and visual phenomena, using intense colour combinations and woodworking wizardry, while Striving for efficient material use and smart design.
Toggles' work has been featured at Festivals across Australia, including Rainbow Serpent, Esoteric, Wild horses, Elements and many more!

👽 📣 Finally nailed the edge extrusion technique I have been developing for yonks... and the black edges have some cool disappearing effects walking past when it's on the wall! Also is rad with LEDs inside as all the thin edge gap lines glow! Will explore that more in a future! 👽 🤙

👽 📣 This piece was a nice challenge in 3D joinery, and lays some niice shadows - effects are much more apparent when rotating ( as per video) or walking past when it's on the wall. Also nailed the double sided etch, and had some fun with the line work!..
