Clients often tell me how well they sleep after a massage! But last night's beautiful client messaged me this morning with proof 🤣 Check out that sleep score after a massage and reiki session 🙌🏻 How good is this!! 🤭 One of the many benefits of massage is an amazing sleep!

Fun fact : Massage increases levels of serotonin, which produces melatonin - the hormone that makes people fall asleep! 😴

This week was a bit of a crazy one!! After the wild rains at the start of the week I had some issues with leaking and had to reschedule clients and put others on hold weather depending! What was a stressful time for me was made so much easier by having the most amazing, kind and understanding clients! So, a special shout out to those who have been flexible this week and to those who have helped get me back at it and keeping dry!! 🙏🏻

To all my wonderful clients and for those yet to come, I would just like to advise of some adjustments to the pricing of my services as of Monday 15th of July.

As promised I have kept my prices low and not had an increase since July 2022 to make things affordable for you all. However, with increases in business expenses, running costs and investments I have made in myself to further my abilities it is time for me to make some slight changes.
