Exciting news coming from our partners in Australia, S8 Products Group, as they assisted us in getting the Tarsier Eclipse an NSN. This was particularly important as we started to outfit Australia SOCOM with them but also other global units.

We have been supplying them for nearly a decade now, but now it will be part of a larger procurement strategy. S8 Products Group has been a great partner in helping us to grow the MATBOCK brand globally and the addition of the Tarsier Eclipse for their forces continues to help that.

Mixed Reality Explainer: Occlusion

Occlusion in our mixed reality training environment means hiding people or objects behind the physical world, allowing for realistic reflection of depth and position relative to the physical space.

This can be done outside in complete sunlight, as for the first time we have a headset option that allows outdoor use in most conditions, allowing us to work vehicles or any given environment as we like!

Example use case: you want to practice gun fighting around vehicles but don’t want to lose the physical elements of working the seatbelt, doors etc and need opposition that reacts, moves…there’s no better option! This is safer, and less costly than other NLTA options and can be used by more concurrent students and reset faster. A great way to practice curriculum!

The R-LIFT is a fully rigid litter that deploys in seconds, weighs only 2.7kg on its own and only 2.94kg with the carrying pack. It boasts a maximum load-carrying capacity of 181kg. The poles can easily be used with any other products within the MATBOCK LIFT System.

The Multi Weapon Aiming Device (MWAD) is a multi-platform capable ballistic computer that digitally displays range and azimuth for indirect fire weapon systems. The MWAD provides real-time ballistic solutions that account for environmental conditions, round type, platform, and lot deviations-allowing the user to put rounds on target with more accuracy and in less time than legacy aiming systems.
