Come work with our small, fabulous team in our Unique and stylish Ladies clothing boutiques- working closely with Designers & international labels.

We are looking for an Area Manager for our retail boutiques, someone who loves Fashion & Styling!
We are a higher end ladies fashion boutique with a few stores which focus on imported and local labels of high quality and points of detail.

The role will require 4-5 days a week (Full time) and the following:
- managing the small team of staff
- merchandising
- Maintaining the sales quota for the week
- in-store sales
- Inventory control
- Social media Maintenace, including email campaigns
- engaging with customers
- being apart of our photoshoots

We would like someone who:
Has a Love for Fashion & Styling
Stylish eye for High quality products
Experience in managing retail boutiques including staff & inventory management.
Basic computer skills- including Word, Excel.
Has Buying knowledge.
Loves Merchandising
A car licence is preferred.
The role is based in Camberwell, Melbourne.

Potential to grow within the company, and work closely with Designers.
