When it comes to good Mexican street food, for us, it doesn’t get any better than the roadside flame grill chicken shops, known as Pollerías, found along northern Mexico and Southern California’s pacific coast.
These family run Pollerías are the inspiration behind Los Pollos. We want to share the aromas of chicken on the flame grill to the taste of freshly prepared tacos and salsas we’ve admired for so long with our hometown.
