👋it’s been forever! I have had lots of really beautiful messages over the last while asking what I’m up to and what’s next. Well here’s the update…. I was never really sure how to answer as the devastation of closing a business and walking out after the horrific ending that started way before covid has taken way longer to work through than I ever expected. Financially yes but personally more than anything. What I saw as failure for several years has in actual fact offered me so many lessons in business, people and my unravelling with a diagnosis of ADHD and Autism (no surprise at all to those who know and have worked with me apparently 🤦🏼‍♀️). At the end of 2021 we bundled our little loves up and caravanned North to a place that felt safe for me. A place that showed me how to do business when I started out in 2006 and I left with so many more plans in 2015 when we moved South. Unfinished I thought at the time but now I know I had so much more to learn about integrity, following your knowing and creating the things you love and not letting arseholes tell you are worthless and believing them! It’s been several years, several jobs (I make a great employee by the way 🤣) and I’ve come full circle. My values will always be front and centre in everything I choose to do. Follow along as I birth my happy space with into the world in the North. And keep your eyes peeled as my beautiful friend Jessie who you will all know from your coffee and shakes creates her little space in Ballarat over the coming months with me cheerleading from the North! 💔 this is the reality for so many of my colleagues Aus wise as covid wreaks havoc to what should be a brighter 2022 for so many business owners. I’ve had the privilege of so many conversations travelling through to QLD over the last few weeks from VIC and the hurt and pessimism is real and government support and clarity is nil. Please please please support your local businesses particularly - ask how they are going and truly care - owners, teams and everyone in between are honestly fragile and not dealing with this at all in a festive spirit as should be this time of year. You don’t need to fix them or offer your opinion - a listening ear, a supportive smile, being patient and understanding is all part of keeping these businesses self belief that they can keep going in the most trying of times. To all the amazing business owners that definitely did not sign up for doing business in a pandemic 2 years in reach out id you need to I am always willing to listen x Thank you once again for being a listening ear and voice for 🙌🙌🙌 honest words by 💔

Thank you for all the moments of kindness and community that have been shown to us since we closed KFS,our happy place. It’s hard to believe another year has passed, lessons learned and grievances forgiven. As we move on to new projects away from Ballarat in 2022 (never say never😉) we wish everyone all the positive adjectives and optimism that a new year invites.
