Just testing some cheeses but I must say that the kiln is the best oven out of the big 3 ! It surpasses ooni and gozney by miles in both design and practicality

Cranked up the ol kiln , not bad for a home pizza ! Maybe overcooked a tiny bit but still tasting delicious 🤤
