Picked up our Trakka motorhome in Sydney last week and couldn’t be happier. An AWD beast of a machine that’s going to get us all around Australia for the next 30 or 30 years. Loving retirement from our Aqualink and Choclatte cafes.

We are a small local cafe loved by many regular customers and doggy friends in Camberwell.
We serve coffees by Axil and chocolate drinks by Lindt.
We’re offering award wage and good daytime working hours.

The end of an era.
On the 31st of October 2006 we opened our doors to Choclatte, sixteen years and three months later, we have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful customers and staff who have become family and who have made this incredible journey so special and more wonderful than we ever imagined. With a lifetime of wonderful memories that we will forever cherish, years and years of hard work in tough times we are excited to announce we have made the decision to sell the business, and we are lucky enough to have sold it to someone who has loved the business as his own in his time here, Khoa. The young man in the video is Charlie Oates the son of my cycling buddy Tori who with daughters Harriet and Millie lost there dearly loved father and husband Tony to MND earlier this year. It’s been a truly horrible few years for the family from the first sign something was wrong to diagnosis to losing Tony in January of this year. We will be welcoming you for seated service this Friday with the below restrictions in place:
- ONLY FULLY VACCINATED customers for both indoor and outdoor settings.
- QR code check-in is REQUIRED UPON your entry for both Takeaway and Seated.
- Please wait patiently to be seated on a sanitised table, please wait for staffs direction on where to be seated
- A time limit will be required during busy times on table sittings
-Masks must be worn when entering and exiting the cafe and whenever not seated
- Please be polite and respectful to all our staff!
They are doing their job and following all guidelines to safely reopen and this is going to be a huge job for them!!

We’re still on the look out for a customer service enthusiast to be part of our small team at Choclatte.
We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 days a week with the hours ranging from 20 to 30 per week. We pay award rate plus super. We open from 8-4 7 days so the earliest start will be 7.15am and latest finish will be 5pm.
The successful applicant will need to be personable, interactive, strive for customer satisfaction and enjoy a good chat every now and then with hundreds of our regular customers (including many of the excited 4-legged members). Barista skills are essential with the sound knowledge of coffee making, milk steaming and efficient workflow.

Choclatte is looking for a barista/all rounder to work 3-4 days a week (essentially one day of weekend).
We offer award rate, decent working hours, and a solid base of regular customers (including our four legged friends) and best Hot Chocolates.
Basic latte art is definitely fine but sound knowledge of coffee is essential.
Most importantly, you MUST love having conversations with customers and be a people person.
