Secondly, a huge shout out to Pat for pulling together one last Halloween for me. These days have been my fave of the year every time and I couldn’t think of a better way to go out. So a huge thank you for taking on the job to organise one last one for me… you’ve nailed it!!

And the last thank you I’m going to manage right now is for the incredible team that have supported me through to the end. We’ve had many different faces here over the years, but this team right here have been wiping my tears since the announcement and I definitely couldn’t have got through without you… specially you .lexi.leopardhead … no words are going to ever express what you’ve done for me, but one thing is for sure, I wouldn’t have made it to today without you xx

And everyone else who has reached out, turned up, or just been there in the wings to support, I thank you 🙏🏻

I expect we will all be saying this a bit today!

To help keep us cool we have installed a couple extra fans around the venue, will have hydrolyte on hand to keep you alive, we got the mister working in the beer garden, and have made up some water spray bottles to cool you down after each band!

You know I love a dress up, but please make sure you dress up appropriately for the heat... i'm ok if that means we have a few zombie surfers, vampires in cut offs, ghosts in flowing linen, etc etc just make sure you aren't going to overheat yourself :)

And of course... we will have plenty of cold drinks waiting at the bar!!

This is it, the eve of the last show…

A lot of blood sweat and tears has lead to this point, and I’m kind of speechless. So I’m going to save the sappy post until I recover from tomorrow.

Instead, I’m just going to tell you how amazing tomorrow is going to be.

Not only are we squeezing in one more Halloween (it’s actually our second MarchOWeen too which is rad), one more dress up, one more free entry party, one more mini fest, one more unforgettable gig… we are also celebrating all the amazing gigs we have ever had at the Whole.

Tomorrow marks the end of an era and I’m so excited that we get to see all these amazing acts as part of it.

Plus there are only a couple of days left to bid on stuff on our eBay store which is helping us cover some ongoing bills that we still have to pay even after we close the doors.

So I don’t remember which party night this was... but I do remember it got loose (and then multiple scenes missing).

It could’ve even been the first time I put Nephalem and SUSAN on a line up together... not long after that, it was then the Nephalem, Susan, Rattleback combo that would always tear up the Whole together.

I think last time I got them together, Frankie from Rattleback almost put James from Nephs through the drum kit... and may have even killed Mock’s pedal board?

All I can say is, if you haven’t got your ticket yet, you probably should... these shows are always wild and loud, and I don’t think this one will be any different!!
