It was a moment 31 years in the making—Werribee Football Club broke their premiership drought with an incredible six-point victory over Southport last month to claim the VFL flag! 🏆🎉

As long-time supporters of the club, we were thrilled to have the team bring their hard-earned trophy to the Harpley Sales and Information Centre, allowing everyone to share in the celebration.

Seeing the cup up close was a real thrill, especially knowing the dedication and effort the team put in all season to achieve it.

Over three Saturdays—October 12, 19, and 26—expert coaches will guide you through fun, beginner-friendly sessions at Lollypop Creek Primary School. Don’t have a bike? No worries! Bikes and helmets are provided.

It's that time of year... are you starting to think about doing a spring clean? With three free annual hard and green waste collections, disposing of household waste in Wyndham has never been easier.

Here’s how you can manage your hard and green waste:

🌳 Exchange your hard or green waste booked collection entitlements for Waste Disposal Vouchers, which you can use at the Refuse Disposal Facility.

💰 Need more collections? If you've used up your annual hard or green waste collections, you can purchase additional ones for just $100 by speaking with a council officer at Wyndham City.

🚛 Not paying the waste charge on your rates? No problem! You can still book a hard or green waste collection for only $100.

🛠️ Before throwing out items, consider fixing them with help from the Wyndham Park Community Shed.

The Lollypop Creek Community Centre is now open and buzzing with activity for the Harpley community!

Enjoy a range of local programs, from Zumba to fun preschool activities. The centre features multipurpose rooms, meeting spaces, a community kitchen, and offices.

Maternal Health and Childcare services are now available Monday to Friday. You can book by calling 1300 370 567 or visiting the Wyndham City website.

Looking ahead to 2025, the centre will also welcome a new kindergarten by One Tree Community, featuring three dedicated rooms with plenty of play spaces.

There’s no better time than Science Week to encourage your child to enter the 2024 Young Scientist of Wyndham Competition! 🌟🔬

Wyndham City, home to one of the largest Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in western Victoria, invites you to a day full of culture and community spirit at the Western NAIDOC Running Festival on Sunday 21 July.

The day will start at 10am at Presidents Park with a traditional Welcome to Country, a Smoking Ceremony, and a dance performance. Then you can choose your running challenge from a 1km, 3km, 5km, or 10km run/walk.

After the race, enjoy a free BBQ lunch and participate in an array of cultural activities. The festival will feature;
