NYD all over again, anyone?!
Who’s had a tough time getting motivated and staying consistent with their training / well-being in general since COVID left the building?
Sooooo many people.
We know accountability is super handy. What I now know after starting a membership offering is that people paying in advance helps most people but there are actually a fair chunk who are happy to pay and then not show up (that blows my mind).
So if you’re trying to be a regular group training attendee but are struggling or haven’t found a way kick start your healthy living approach post Covid, maybe let’s book you in fir a monthly PT session for a while? Get you on track and accountable?
I’m happy to take 8 new clients for this purpose. My schedule is pretty chockers, but I can add in a day of extra work, once a month for this.
It will cost you $270 for 3 months. 1 session per month (I only want people who are serious enough to commit to that as a minimum) and you will get your session, a training plan to mark off your progress and accountability to me to stick with your plan as well as the all important “at home training plan” to use as your back up when / if you can’t make it in to the gym.

Bootcamp time again!!! Tuesday (Tomorrow!), Wednesday (Australia Day) and Thursday at 7:30am at Portsea Boxing, Strength training, Core and a fair chuck of huff and puff to get you back on track and ahead of the field for next week’s “return to normal”. $120 for 3 sessions! Additional Hike on Wednesday from Red Hill to Cape Shank starting at 9:30am for those really wanting to turn up the dial on their awesomeness in 2022. DM or text for bookings. Let’s go!! Coach xx

This is Louisa. Before trying to the monkey bars this morning, said “I can’t do that”. Then she did it three times in a row. Not a little bit. All of it. You may be thinking.. yeah, yeah.. monkey bars aren’t that hard. Well a) they are and b) that’s not my point. This is so much bigger than monkey bars. This is why I love doing what I do SO very, very much. The look on her face when she tried it and did it. Priceless. The skip in her step afterwards. The extra confidence her two awesome training partners had as a result of her trying and achieving. Question: What do you believe you can’t do, but actually can? Question: Do you want to find out? We have a champion of the three peaks challenge! @melgrenville who is like part of the (beloved) furniture around here, recently took on a new challenge and knocked it out of the park, whilst raising funds and awareness for @whitelionau . 3 BIG mountains in 33 hours!
