Incorrect Deadlift:
- Rounded through lower back when initiating lift.
- Bar sitting away from anterior shin, shifts centre of mass forward placing more strain on lower back.

- Neutral spine when initiating lift.
- Weight close to shins, allows better glute recruitment, reduces lower back strain
