Get ready it only 29 days till Father's Day

One of the best advertising I have seen for quite some time.

How enjoying! We have sent 3 custom Rod Tubes to a customer and one of the rod tubes was delivered broken. As a customer service, we have sent a replacement straight away. Guess what? Yes, the replacement arrived also broken in two places. After contacting the courier company several times from our side and the customer side we have been told we are not covered. The reason: "𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭𝟬𝗰𝗺 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲" We are sending fishing rod tubes for years, the longest was 270cm, and never been asked to build a "structurally secure timber crate" for a PVC tube.
A big BAD shout-out goes to Allied Express and yes this was not the first time.
