Our next round of AuDHD coaching starts Wednesday May 3rd 7 p.m.! Join us for this creative, interactive and interesting 6 week course, full of tips tricks and knowledge that will help you understand and appreciate your busy brain and manage daily challenges. This course is an in-person group located in Preston for adults 17 + that are self- diagnosed or formally diagnosed with ADHD and/or autism, with sensory and PDA friendly ideas and strategies delivered by an art therapist with extensive professional and lived experience. Don't let those neurotypical ADHD coaches bore you with their adhd planners and impossible suggestions, and let us help you find tools and strategies that actually work for you as an individual!
