Instead of your lawyers making claims about my evidence you could instead entered into discussion with myself instead of saying not discussing with 3rd party (the carpenter employed to fix the work!) can’t say a surveyor has ever said that to me but first time for everything……

All you need is to show proof that final wasn’t completed when photos taken, I’ve exhausted every avenue to get in writing however JJNT rely on this being confidential between client, council and surveyor. Unfortunately for JJNT I have being charged in the wake of their destruction so now had to engage barrister and solicitor to fight charges, when we get the physical document, if I’m wrong I still won’t issue you a public apology, you could have produced certificate by email as your colleague promised 3 days ago if I removed post, I refused because it’s not just about me as I e been contacted by others with their own story’s but can’t get answers either. I don’t need your email, it will be required for court on 7 th may 💩

Can’t seem to contact anyone from JJNT, have been calling office for days now because mobiles all off,but apparently no one ever in office except receptionist who can only relay message if I keep trying to contact him Victoria police will be used to try for personal safety order for them?

I’m just trying to simply speak to him, his safety isn’t in danger from me!…..

I have started this after being in industry for 23 years however big company’s keep bullying home owners and trades to not be heard while walking all over them and getting away with it! Leaving major structural problems, homeowners stuck in half finished homes, bleeding everyone dry all whilst smiling at you!
