Concrete Surface Profiles or CSP, also known as Scarifying is a standardized measure for the 'roughness' of a surface that is defined by the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).
With a wide range of Scarifying equipment at Husqvarna we can offer a machine to achieve a rating anywhere from 6 to 9.

Husqvarna CBL 1-10DPS75 closed circuit shot blasting machine throws a large amount of steel shot at very high speed by centrifugal force at the surface, once the steel abrasive hits the surface, the shot blaster recycles the media.
Dust and contaminants are removed by an air wash separator and are removed to a dedicated Husqvarna dust collector.
This makes the shot blasting process almost dust-free in operation

It includes the aesthetics of medium aggregate exposure along with a satin or mid gloss finish. It has less required steps to complete reducing both time and cost whist still maintaining all of the functionality of a polished concrete floor.

SUPERFLOOR™ SILVER incorporates fully aggregate exposure which as a process starts at a 30 grit diamond. The floor is then refined using finer diamond grits and grouted using GM300 and densified with Cure (K).
The floor is then further refined with resin bonded tools to a low gloss finish.
