I am saddened to announce that my Lash Jungle studio will remain closed even after the restrictions have been lifted. I have decided to take a break from lashing for a while due to health issues. ⁣

In light of this, I will start contacting those clients who have paid a deposit before the lockdown to organise a refund. If you are any one of these clients, kindly send me a DM if you don't hear from me until next week.⁣

Re-opening 1st June 🥳 As the restrictions will be lifted soon, I am excited to announce that I'll re-open from June 1st. Thank you to all my clients who have been patiently waiting for me. ⁣

❗️Please note I will have much reduced working hours (no evening bookings anymore - Mon to Fri 11am to 5pm & Sat 11am to 4pm / with very limited number of bookings for awhile to ensure both myself and clients' safety. So I recommend you make a booking in advance to avoid disappointment. ⁣

3. Let them fall out naturally⁣

If you are DESPERATE for a removal, coconut oil will break down adhesive over time. Here's how I recommend using it. (please note this method will help, but might not be able to remove ALL lash extensions)⁣

1. Saturate lash line with coconut oil before bed⁣
2. In the morning, gently brush through lashes & wash face⁣
3. Repeat as necessary, avoid picking⁣
⁣
Also, now is actually the best time to grow out your natural lashes while you've got no extensions on. Use a lash growth serum every morning and night and get the fullest and longest lashes you ever had. DM me for more information. 📩⁣

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out your consultation form and ensure you receive the full length of your treatment as I endeavour to remain on schedule for each and every client.⁣

🖤 𝐍𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐮𝐩⁣
Make sure you arrive with squeaky clean lashes for me to fully utilise your treatment time for lash application, not cleaning. Otherwise you'll more likely have poor retention, as lash extensions don't stick well to dirty lashes.⁣

🖤 𝐍𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞⁣
Do not drink coffee or energy drinks at least 3 hours before your appointment. Caffeine will make your eyes twitch which makes it difficult for me to apply eyelash extensions. It's also unsafe to work with sharp tools around eyes that are constantly moving.⁣

Twice a year, Autumn and Spring, our bodies react to the changing seasons. Our bodies decide it’s time to shed our hair (including our lashes) faster than usual to adjust to the new temperatures and/or lack of sun. ⁣

Unfortunately, this means that your lashes may fall out faster than usual, resulting in lashes not lasting as long and also the need for a shorter time between infills. But don't panic! This will only last 4-6 weeks, meaning 1-2 appointments or lash cycles. ⁣
