We have been running a โ€˜versionโ€™ of the CrossFit Worldwide Open since starting operations back in 2012. For what will be the 4th consecutive year of the MOV.E OPEN, participants are divided into two teams (๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ฆ๐—˜ & ๐—š๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ก๐—— and ๐—”๐—™๐—ง๐—˜๐—ฅ ๐—ช๐—ข๐—— ๐——๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ก๐—ž๐—ฆ), where each week they will have the opportunity to earn points through both a FITNESS TEST and non-fitness challenges. The team with the most points accumulated at the end of the 3 WEEK period, earns bragging rights for the year ahead, along with celebratory apparel.
