ANZAC DAY, Thursday April 25th - A day of remembrance for those who served and passed. We honour this day each year with our own 'Hero' Workout commemorating the larger than life legend - Boyd Friis, we lost on 05-04-2018.

We have been running a โversionโ of the CrossFit Worldwide Open since starting operations back in 2012. For what will be the 4th consecutive year of the MOV.E OPEN, participants are divided into two teams (๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ & ๐๐ฅ๐๐ก๐ and ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ช๐ข๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ), where each week they will have the opportunity to earn points through both a FITNESS TEST and non-fitness challenges. The team with the most points accumulated at the end of the 3 WEEK period, earns bragging rights for the year ahead, along with celebratory apparel.
