Frankston balcony replacement has been finished up by the team.

The previous builder had done a really poor attempt at this balcony with having a tiled area with:
-No fall for water displacement
-No step up to internal floor
-No tile underlay under tiles
-No noggins between floor joists

We have completely rebuilt the subfloor with treated pine and installed Newtechwood Australia composite decking in the coastal range for the wider boards.

New BBQ and cabinets to be installed shortly to finish off this safe out door entertainment area.

The team has made significant progress on the Langwarrin project in recent days, including the removal of load-bearing brick walls to create an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. New windows and doors will soon be installed, further enhancing the entrance to the home.

Devon Meadows all finished up with some very happy clients.

Stage 1-
Extension from the rear of the property including a massive rumbas room and new master bedroom with walk in robe and en-suite. New decking surrounding the exterior and wood fire for those cold nights.

Stage 2-
Removal of existing kitchen and 2 load bearing walls to create a bright open plan lounge/dinning/kitchen area. Brand new kitchen with large skylight and hanging pendent to give the WOW factor to our project.

Having clients that understand the build process has made this a dream job with allowing them to also remain in the property during the entire build.

Decking transformation completed this week in Bon Beach.

Removal of treated pine decking and a strange sleeper subfloor into a clean merbau and treated pine subfloor.

Using cheaper materials won’t last and will need replacement within a few years.

Finished up a couple of composite projects this week.
Saftey Beach- removal of old merbau decking and seating with Newtechwood Australia Teak boards in the coastal range.
Mornington- replacement of hardwood cladding into new Castellation cladding for the modern feature look.

Both clients are extremely happy with results and made their life so much easier with the no maintenance factor.

Another decking reconstruction done by the team in frankston this week.
Client wanted a fresh new look and chose to go with Newtechwood Australia in the costal range TEAK.

Dandy Glass & Aluminium will be completing this project with a new glass balustrade to comply with all safety requirements.

Another decking transformation completed by the team in Noble Park.

We gave this back yard a full turn around with ripping up their old rotted decking and subfloor and installing the crowd favorite Newtechwood Australia composite decking in the TEAK colouring.

We also added a privacy screen for the option to put hanging plants on later.

Stage 2 of our Mornington project finished up this week by the team.

Our clients wanted a wow factor to their old pool area, so we gave them the best quality in composite decking from Newtechwood Australia.

It’s said you have to love the work you produce, which we really did and enjoyed all the challenges in this project.

Getting all the curves perfect and matching all the directions of the decking is time consuming but definitely worth the results.

We can’t wait for our clients to get back from overseas to be able see the transformation of their amazing lagoon style pool area.

Stage 1 of our Mornington project finished up this week.

We have removed their rotten cypress decking which was unsafe to even walk on. Exposing the existing subfloor to find the moisture had wrecked all members including all foundation which meant we had to completely start again.

Our clients wanted to keep layout with raising levels to eliminate steps and steep rams.

We retained the high side of the area and built a new strong subfloor to support the Newtechwood Australia composite decking.

They loved the look of the Antique in the coastal range with the hidden cobra T clip fixing system. With matching fascia boards to neatly close off all openings.

Stage 2 will start in a few weeks with a curved pool deck to update their outdoor area.

Oakleigh project finished up.

Fully transformed this back yard with a silver top ash decking that covers their whole alfresco area with a walkway down to the front of the house.

We worked in with the team at BRL - Ben Richardson Landscapes to completely finish off this backyard into a display house feeling.

McCrae extension finished up and passed all inspections.

We completely removed the clients kitchen and extended out the floor area. Removal of the main kitchen walls to turn into an open plan kitchen/dining.

They also added more room to their main bathroom and can now fit in a bath for the kids.

Great effort again by all our contractors to get such a high standard finish.

Sandringham decking replacement.

Our clients were sick of look out at there old timber decking and really just wanted a maintenance free option.

Of course we suggested Newtechwood Australia for the best looking and affordable composite decking available.

They choose the IPE colour in the 138x25 range and are absolutely loving their choice.

Carrum Downs project finished up by the team today.

Our clients decided to remove their old built in pergola and change to a roof mount system with new bbq area.

We demolished all the frame work and re installed all the eve lining’s. Also framed up the old external wall and changed to a feature cladding for the new outdoor kitchenette and tv.

Such a facelift for an outdoor area that will be well used as an entertaining area.

Our Sandhurst project has finished up with some very happy clients.

We transformed this open balcony that was exposed to all the elements into another indoor living area.

Extended out the roof line which included replacement of existing solar heating from the pool. Then gave the entire area a facelift with plaster ceilings and new floor tiles.

Glass balustrades were the only realistic option to not hinder the view over the water and onto the golf course.

Electrical blinds which are 98% weather proof have gave the clients the option of opening for that summer breeze or closing in the windy or winter conditions.

Blairgowrie decking project completed by the team this week.

Our client had installed a brand new pool and wanted to finish it off with a brand new deck.

They choose Grey Iron bark for a lighter look with a similar screen to be installed at the end of the pool next year.

Glass balustrade and some gardening to be done to really finish off this transformation.
