We are an established Removalist company based in Bundoora, Melbourne looking for a Customer Service & Office Administrator to join our team.

About the role:

Managing and answer inbound customer enquiries while providing service in a friendly and professional manner
Monitoring and maintaining office, stationery, kitchen and uniform supplies
Conducting weekly payroll (Xero)
Conducting customer invoicing (Xero)
General book keeping
Social media content creation and posting
Tracking and scheduling in maintenance of trucks
Weekly reporting on turnover, profit, invoice status and forecasted upcoming jobs
Support operation manager with general teaming logistics and staffing

About you:

Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office suite, with high-level proficiency in the use of Word and Excel
Maturity, ability to multitask, values autonomy and responsibility, enjoys working with a range of people, confident in own abilities but willing to learn new skills
Some familiarity with Xero preferred
