They have been out twice to assess the problem. I told them that I was nervous about water seeping in again. Well, I came in today and found myself walking into a pool of water.

Oh No!!!
I've been checking daily to see that the water has drained and dried out.

But NO.
More water problems. Someone pulled out the drainage hose and now there is water pouring onto this land again. I believe it was the owner of 76 Patterson road Bentleigh. 3204

When the water reaches a certain level, it begins to seep through the side of this painted building, the side of the Oracle Wisdom shop @ 74

A couple of weeks ago, when we had heavy rain it happened. NOT the first time.

It was not fun wading through the pool of water a couple of weeks ago. I had to get help to collect the water at the back of my shop. Lucky, Kimmy Porter, a wonderful person (& customer) came with her spin mop and emptied bucket after bucket of water down the toilet.

I would like to sue this idiot who takes no responsibility of the land.
No, for privacy reasons the council will not give his details.
I have had enough!!!!

Hopefully South East Water have come out.

So here we are, it's 2024. I was thinking about retiring when I turned 60, but didn't. In a couple of days I will be 67 and have decided to keep going another year.

2023 was a difficult year for me. I got sick and wound up at the Alfred hospital. The shop was closed for about a month. When I returned, it was for shorter hours. Long Covid, Diabetes k and pneumonia robbed me of energy.

I'm well now. My diabetes is under control, I feel better than ever and the shop is still open . - with shorter hours. I love what I do, I meet lots of interesting people and get the opportunity to make a difference with my clients.

The card pictured is The Fool, card number 0 in the Tarot. For me he represents the beginning of the journey.
My life feels new.

My theme for 2024 is 'Gratitude'.

I can't rest. Heading down to my Shop, Oracle Wisdom in Patterson Rd to check on flooding. Rainfall has been heavy and more coming. Owners of the empty block of land at the corner of Coates Street & Patterson Rd (Bentleigh) have still not responded. They placed a wire fence around the block. HELP!!!!

Water rising, no way to drain off. Reaches a certain level and seeps jn through the wall and floods my shop.. Sheeet !!
