Round 4 of the Porsche Motorsport Australia Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup took place at Sydney Motorsport Park last weekend (19th-21st of July), as part of the Beaurepaires Sydney Supernight, marking the halfway point for the season. 🏁 🏁 🏁

Well done to both Harri Jones and Adrian Flack who claimed dominant victories. 🎉 🏆 🎉

The night race which took place under lights on the Saturday featured coloured LED lights running behind the front air intakes on all 26 of the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup Cars, adding a burst of colour and providing some spectacular visuals for fans on the night. 😎 ✌️

Round 3 of the Porsche Motorsport Australia Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup took place over the weekend (14-16th of June) as part of the Betr Darwin Triple Crown at the top end’s Hidden Valley raceway. 🏁 🏁 🏁

This marked the 11th visit to the Betr Darwin Triple Crown for Australia’s top one-make championship, since the first visit back in 2003.

Well done to Harri Jones for taking top position in all 3 of the main races. 🎉 🏆 🎉

From the 19th to the 21st of April this year, Porsche Motorsport Australia as part of the Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup, held its first ever race event across the Tasman in New Zealand: the ITM Taupo Super400. 🇳🇿🏁🇳🇿

The success of the event will lead to a furthering of the relationship between Porsche Motorsport entities in both Australia and New Zealand, with a number of Kiwi drivers now planning on making it over to Australia for additional races later in the year. 🙏

The event also marked the largest one-make grid of Porsche GT3 Cars in New Zealand for decades.

Why not get creative and give this seasonally inspired Choc Vanilla Latte recipe a try for Easter this year? 🐣

You'll need...

* 1 Tablespoon of Indulge Your Senses Vanilla Syrup
* 1 Teaspoon of Indulge Your Senses Drinking Chocolate + extra for dusting
* 60mls of Espresso made from Coffex Classico
* 200mls of steamed/frothed milk

Method.

1. Combine your Coffex Classico Espresso with a tablespoon of Indulge Your Senses Vanilla Syrup into a tall glass.

2. Add a teaspoon of Indulge Your Senses Drinking Chocolate and give it a mix.

3. Pour your steamed/frothed milk into the glass, using a spoon to hold back the foam.

4. Stir well, then spoon the leftover milk foam over the top before dusting with a touch more of the Indulge Your Senses Drinking Chocolate.
