One of the main reasons for upper back pain is extended periods of sedentary work. This can cause us to experience pain while twisting or extending at the hips. Don’t forget to get up and move regularly while working at a desk!

However, wrist pain can also be a result from long-term problems, such as repetitive movements, gradual load, carpal tunnel syndrome and even pregnancy. Common problems that come with wrist pain are a lack of grip strength, inability to straighten or flex the wrist joint and constant pain.
