Call me old fashioned, but this JACK DANIEL'S wooden barrel cake design is god damn sexy. 🔥🔥🔥

We hand-painted the barrel and custom-designed the logo in Photoshop with the birthday boy's name, adding that personal touch. The ice cubes? Jelly-made perfection! And inside this masterpiece, we've got a rich raspberry mud cake layered with raspberry coulis and cream. Everything is edible—except for the Jack Daniel’s bottle, which was provided by the customer. Ain’t no mountain high enough… 🏞️🏞️🏞️
We had the absolute privilege of celebrating the remarkable Joel’s 30th birthday with this hiking-inspired masterpiece! 🎉🎉🎉

A little about Joel—he received the Australia Youth Award and continues his incredible work helping people struggling in life through hiking experiences to prevent suicide.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This private surprise party was hosted at the with an amazing community, friends, family, delicious food, incredible shows, and moving speeches. The entire event was filmed by local Channel 31, capturing every detail of what made this event so special for such an inspiring young man.

I was beyond honored to be part of this special occasion and bring my cake design to life. I even got to ride on fire engines 🚒 🚒 🚒 and had a small interview about my cake creation—just imagine the excitement on my face!

The show at Silver Circus was a total “wow,” especially the thrilling motorcycle ride in the cage. It’s a family-owned business, and the owner, Jess, along with the whole crew, was fantastic to work with—definitely recommend it for a family trip!

Now, about the cake: it took me three days to complete, featuring 16 layers and three different flavours (vanilla berry, chocolate mud, and lemon). I wanted it to look as realistic as possible, almost like a drawing come to life. Standing over 2 feet tall, it was a showstopper—and by the end of the night, every bit was gone! 💓💓💓

This was truly a night to remember. Happy 30th, Joel! Keep up the incredible work—you are making such a difference!
