**HI-DI-HO NEIGHBOUR**
NORTH WEST WEST COAST IPA 7.0%

Its been a few years since we got together with our old friends & Neighbours in to throw down a beer. So a few months back, over a few beers we got talking and came up with the idea of brewing a 2 part IPA series. The beers would use the same Hops, Similar yeast strains/process' but us at Banks brewing a NW Style West Coast IPA showcasing a more malt driven backbone & chewy, resiny character. would do the same but in a Cali Style West Coast IPA. showcasing bright punchy Citrus character. With both beers showcasing some of our favourite & epic hops in Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe & Citra.

Both are cracking examples of the styles and an epic combo to enjoy side by side to see just how each brewery & style differ.

**LOOSE JUICE**
HEAVILY FRUITED SMOOTHIE SOUR 4.2%

This is one insanely loaded up fruit beer.
A basic kettle sour base, then a monster fruit addition of guava & passionfruit. We then added Soft Serve Ice Cream, Coconut Cream, Vanilla & Lactose. Its Zesty & Zingy, tart & pulpy. A seriously thick smoothie style juice sour beer. The Joose is extremely Loose here.

**MANGO SOUR**
Kettle Sour 3.5%

One of our favourites & super refreshing spring/summer sours is back for another run. We have dropped the ABV for even more session ability this time around. Our Mango Sour is a simple, delicious & refreshing kettle sour. Fresh, fruity, tart.

CITRA FEELS is Back & boy is it BACKKKKK. Taylor our Lead Brewer has labelled this the best Oat Cream DIPA we have brewed. Big call we know. You be the judge..

Our love for Yakima Chief Hops "CITRA" is well documented & is on full display in all its glory in this beast of a beer.

Loaded to the brim with our hand selected CITRA & CITRA CRYO this is completely Saturated with Hop character. Huge Pineapple, Mango & Passionfruit as expected, a fluffy pillowy white Head, Soft & velvety body / Mouthfeel & a haze worthy of an iceman pour.

DRIPPING IN GREEN - DDH IPA 6.4%
Lets get FREAKY...
We have traded recipes with our OG's & super pals Range to re create there cult classic DRIPPING IN GREEN Citra & Mosaic with them brewing up a fresh batch of our Cake Eater Citra & Mosaic.
This hop loaded IPA showcases 2 of both theirs and our favourite hop varieties in 3 different forms each. Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo & Mosaic Incognito. It's absolutely dripping in Lupulin with punchy tropical fruit oozing in aroma & followed through on the pallet. Its incredibly Punchy & juicy yet soft, zesty & smooth.
Hold onto your juice buckets this ones about to fill you up.

WOULDN'T IT BE NICE - CALI IPA 6.2%
This Style is one you would have noticed we are brewing a lot lately. The Reason for this is its damn tasty. Using such a lean malt base, Layering some awesome hops in Simcoe & Centennial on the hot side then hitting it with a generous dry Hop of Selected Simcoe, Centennial & Citra. This is full of punchy, aromatic, candy citrus fruit character a mild bitterness & a rounded mouthfeel. An IPA that will satisfy a serious hop lover but also one that is extremely Pint-able..

LAGER LIFE - HELLES 5.3%
Our spring seasonal LAGER LIFE is back. With some recipe tweaks, most notably a Single Decoction. Which plays perfectly in the Helles style, enabling us to dry the beer out for drinkability but build the Body & mouthfeel with a more complex mash regime the result is a traditional German style Helles. A Soft & bready pale German lager with pleasant hop character, fluffy white head, smooth malt &; a clean finish.
Refreshment & Flavour to the max.

Tomorrow! 2 very exciting & incredibly tasty beers dropping at the Taproom & online.

First Up we have :

**PASTRYBALL 12% Imperial Pastry Stout**

PASTRYBALL pays homage to one of the most underated & miss understood whiskeys of our time. The almighty Fireball.
A Beer we have been wanting to brew for a long time as some of us here at Banks are Big Big Fireball people.
Firstly we brewed a large chocolate heavy base stout, blending in a special cinnamon & gingerbread infused malt from Belgiuim. Then Loaded it up with lactose for that creamy sweet full mouthfeel, conditioned on Madagascan vanilla bean & a well known cinnamon Whiskey. The result is a Cinnamon, Chocolate & whiskey like dream with a subtle heat & a smooth sweet roundness. The perfect sipper of a big beer or if you are feeling adventurous an epic Boilermaker when paired with a nip of Fireball which we suggest best consumed on the rocks & savoured.

**SEAGULLS DON'T SLEEP 8.0% Oat Cream DIPA**

Our continuation of Seagull themed beers keeps rolling.

Seagulls Dont Sleep is an OCDIPA. A style of beer that is normally reserved for our Cake Eater & Feels Series but we thought you know what give the people what they want.

Seagulls Dont Sleep showcases some serious fire in the Hop department thanks to Galaxy, Talus, HBC 586 & our very own hand selected Citra & Citra Cryo that is the first of many beers using the Citra we selected when in Yakima Washington for hop selection Last September.

This OCDIPA is Extremely hoppy, creamy, dank & super juicy making this one Oat Cream DIPA not to be missed.

NZIPA. Sitting somewhere between a Cali IPA & West Coast IPA is this New Zealand style IPA. Hopped exclusively with NZ Hops Nectaron, Rakau & Kohia Nelson. It's flowing with Pine, Guava & pithy Orange peel feels & a touch of dank to round it out. Crisp & Hoppy It's the right Choice... Bro

*NORMAL SAUCE 7.2%*

Normal Sauce is a hazy IPA that we really tried to make as drinkable as possible whilst packing in enormous amounts of hops & flavour. We have amped up our water profile & mash regime to suit which create a full mouthfeel whilst giving a dryer finish. The higher attenuation in the beer make for big drinkability & less malt sweetness letting the Sabro, Vic Secret & Citra really pop. It's normal sauce but delicious sauce..

WE WANTED THE COFFEE TO BE THE STAR HERE IN THIS ALMOST SESSION ABLE COFFEE STOUT. AFTER DISCUSSIONS WITH THE MORNINGTON KINGS OF CAFFEINE WE DECIDED ON THE ALWAYS POPULAR GODFATHER BLEND FOR ITS CHOCOLATE, NUTTY & CARAMEL CHARACTERISTICS ALONG WITH SOME EPIC ROAST.
QUITE DIFFERENT TO OUR BIG ADJUNCT HEAVY COFFEE STOUTS FROM YEARS PAST THIS ONE IS ON THE LIGHTER SIDE & ONE YOU COULD DEFINITELY KNOCK BACK A FEW BY THE CAMPFIRE, SNUGGLED UP ON THE COUCH OR HEADING ACROSS THE PASTURE.

Back for another round & a new hop combo is the highly requested & anticipated Cake Eater DDH Oat Cream DIPA. This time with New Zealand's 2 most famous hop varieties Motueka & Nelson Sauvin.
So Soft, So punchy, So juicy & ohhhh So Creamy.
This is not a Cake Eater to be missed and one we believe to be up there with our very best.

IVY LEAGUE - The Gospel Edition 12%
Imperial Pastry Stout
The original IVY LEAGUE was an imperial pastry stout that we aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels & conditioned on Maple syrup. This time for IVY LEAGUE - THE GOSPEL EDITION we took a more refined approach. We contacted one of our favourite Melbourne Whiskey Producers "THE GOSPEL" & were able to get our hands on some of their freshly emptied Straight Rye Whiskey barrels. The aroma's in the Brewery on the the day we filled these barrels were so incredible we knew we were onto something special here.
Fast Track 9 months and the time had come. Instead of conditioning this beer on any other adjuncts we let the base imperial pastry stout soak in the barrels to see what we could get. Upon tasting of each barrel the decision was made it needs nothing else.
The beer we believe is the perfect showcase of a Barrel aged pastry stout.
Big, Bold, & Rich with plenty of whiskey barrel character amazing body & a beautiful warmth.
We Hope you enjoy being welcomed into the IVY LEAGUE.

Vienna Style Lager
Decocted Vienna Style Lager. A depth of flavour and malt character shown in this Vienna Style Lager thanks to a single decoction, Clean ferment & ample lagering.
The Perfect Lager as the temperature starts to drop.

PACIFIC IPA 6.7%
Pacific Style IPA
El Dorado, Mosaic & Citra combine in this Pacific style IPA for a candied orange, pithy Grapefruit & sweet Apricot character. With a soft bitterness & clean finish making this extremely drinkable IPA sit somewhere between nostalgia & new School.
