••• Some friendly reminders as we head into our peak season.

🤍Please book your remaining appointments for 2023. With just 13 weeks left until Christmas our girls days are filling super fast. Please avoid disappointment and lock in your days.

🤍That being said if you have an appointment you no longer need please do not wait for your confirmation message please cancel ASAP, one of our other clients would love your appointment should you be unable to attend.

🤍Please read your confirmation message thoroughly and respond to your confirmation message. If you do not respond to your confirmation message we will then give you a courtesy call. If we do not hear back from you your appointment will be canceled, your deposit forfeited and time slot offered to another client.

🤍Please be mindful we are a child friendly salon and our team is made up of many awesome mums. However during the months of November and December we are unfortunately unable to allow extras in salon with you during your appointments (breast feed babies are of course the exception)

🤍 Please arrive on time to your appointments, if you’re late to your appointment we may need to alter your services to suit the remaining time.

🤍 Our incredible team work so hard this time of year and we absolutely love it but please remember they’re human and to show them lots of love and kindness too. Their literal one and only wish is to make you feel next level beautiful and special while in their chair and in our salon.
