Bodrum Cokertme…
From the kitchens of Bodrum, the cokertme is a delight that no one can resist with crispy potatoes, covered with garlic yogurt, tomato paste sauce, and julienne sliced scotch fillet. 🤤

We are back from our short break with doors opening tonight at 5:00pm. 🥰

Due to staff shortages we may be operating a little differently at times. Please be mindful that we will do our very best to seat everyone. If we are unable to, we apologise in advance and hope to see you again.

No tables of more than 6 will be accepted at this stage.
Tables are 1.5 hours sitting only.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic all rounder waiter/waitress to join our team in the Niddrie area, including weekends. We have a loyal clientele who will appreciate your service.

You will be responsible for hands on day to day operations, growth of the customer base and a high level of customer satisfaction. In this role, the small things will matter like remembering customers names and what mels they ordered last. The ideal candidate will work effectively under pressure either solo or as part of a team.

Key Duties

Waiter/Waitress
Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner
Clear communication and interaction with staff
Take direction and liaise with Management
Have a strong work ethic and a ‘can-do’ attitude is essential
Bubbly and friendly person who can hold conversation with clients
Organised, a multi-tasker and love responsibility

Duties:

Greeting and seating customers
Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
Serving food
Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
Answering phone calls
Placing takeaway orders
Preparing bill and processing payment
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes.

You will be given 35-40 hours per week.

As we have decided to reopen this Friday with tough restrictions still in place, please be patient with us whilst we try and make room for all our bookings. For the next couple of weeks we will be doing a set menu only for dine In.

We are so sorry to inform all our customers who had bookings for tonight that we will not be operating due to an electrical issue at the restaurant. We are not able to log into our POS system and call our existing bookings to cancel them. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to be back up and running tomorrow.
