We supply seasoned smoking wood across Australia. Specializing in fruit wood and vintage hardwoods. All our woods are moisture tested to ensure a clean burn because we are cooking with food and dont want any of that dirty smoke imparting into our food.

The woods we sell can be used for fire places also but we are primarily focused super dry and hard to source woods for american barbecue scene which has gone crazy here in Australia.

We are a family run business making a change into barbecue scene across Australia and are always happy to assist our customers with advice and tips! We also own and run multiple weber kettles, spits, bullet smokers and some very large offsets smokers. We use and test all of our products across all foods so we have to right answers for our customers.
