SESAME SALTED ALMOND BUTTER BISCUITS

What you need👇🏻
- 99th Monkey Salted, Smooth Almond Butter
- rice malt syrup (or Maple)
- neutral oil of choice
- biscuit flour
- vanilla extract
- baking powder

How to👇🏻
1. In a bowl mix together 1 1/2 cups biscuit flour & 1 tsp of baking powder.
2. In another bowl whisk together 3/4 cup rice malt syrup, 1/4 cup Salted Almond Butter, 1/4 cup neutral oil like rice bran oil and vanilla extract.
3. Add the wet to the dry and combine well. The mixture should be thick and sticky. Keep in mind we will be rolling into balls, so should be pretty dense yet still moist. If it’s too sticky, add a tblsp or two of almond milk.
4. Stick the dough to chill in the fridge for about 30min to firm up.
5. Line baking tray/trays with baking paper.
6. Roll mixture with palm on hands into 1 inch balls, then roll balls into sesame seeds so that it’s well coated. Press the dough ball onto the lined tray, leaving space in between each ball.
7. Using a flat bottomed glass, press down each ball to create flat rounds. It may need some help with your palm of hands.
8. Bake for about 10 minutes (please watch as they cook fast) or until lightly golden brown. Do not overcook. They keep cooking once out. So until just lightly golden brown and remove from oven.
9. Leave to cool and enjoy!
