The Winter Cross-Country program takes place between April and August where athletes participate in Cross-Country running on a weekly basis. If you're interested in joining, then jump on our website.

We are very excited to announce a Pole Vault Come & Try session next Sunday 26th November at the track.

Mark Stewart is the resident Pole Vault Coach at Box Hill. He is an Athletics Australia level 4 coach and is renowned as one of the best Pole Vault Coaches in the country.

He is inviting any BHLAC members (U9 and above) to come and try Pole Vault next Sunday before our normal program from Midday.

LAST CALL FOR REGISTERING RELAY TEAM INTEREST. Entries for relay teams must be lodged by 11:59pm tomorrow (Wednesday 25th October)

BHLAC has a strong tradition of relays and is a great way to connect with friends at the club by making relay teams. A highlight is the annual Box Hill Relay Day on Sunday 12th November, followed by EMR Relay Day on 18th November and the State Relay Championships on 16th December.

Training commences tomorrow at 4.30pm-5.30pm. Parents or guardians are required to stay at the track during this time. No dogs are allowed to the venue during this time.

U6-7s will start at 1:30pm sharp.

Our BHLAC Cross Country awards night is going to be held this coming Friday night 1st September.

We are trying a different format and encouraging families to come along and have a meal or a drink and celebrate the Cross Country season.

Venue - Doncaster Shoppingtown Hotel. 6pm.
Main bistro. We will have our own area near the playground. Food & beverages at your own expense. Have a meal as a family or just come for a drink. Totally up to you all.

Hi everyone,

The new summer Little Athletics season will commence on Sunday 17th September with our first Come & Try week. We will hold our second Come & Try week the following Sunday 24th September.

There will be a weeks break for the AFL Grand Final long weekend and the first official round will start on Sunday October 8th.

Early bird membership pricing will be available once the portal opens until October 7th @ 11:59pm.
