Come to celebrate International Day for Biodiversity at Myuna Farm! The family event will involve an opportunity to meet some of the native animals and plants that live here, learn what biodiversity is and why it is important in our daily lives.

📅️When: 4.30pm – 6.30pm, Wednesday 22nd May
🎫Cost: Gold coin donation per person, paid on the day
🥾Dress: Long pants and closed toe shoes recommended.
✅️RSVP: Bookings essential on 9706 9944 Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm or register interest at [email protected]

This family friendly event will involve:
- Train ride down to the wetlands
- Meet the Flying Foxes and watch them fly out at sunset
- Learn about biodiversity, why it is so important and what actions we can take to try to protect it!
- Learn about citizen science, participate in a bird and frog call playback activity.
- Examine water bugs and learn how they can be used to indicate the health of waterways.

Here at the farm, we love composting, its good for our soils, good for our environment and in turn good for all of us!
