The analogy of the chest as a piazza comes from my esteemed Feldenkrais trainer Anat Krivine. I taught two classes today, at St Kilda Sea Baths and on Zoom, that used this concept to introduce movement in the chest, through rotation, bending and pressing – all done very gently of course.
