Inspired by our incredibly freezing mornings, the Melbourne design team have created this vibrant, icy palette featuring metallics, cool-toned finishes and pale timber against a rich blue carpet from .

The headquarters of Aussie suncare brand Ultra Violette is thoughtfully arranged across three distinct yet interconnected levels, brought together by a striking signature staircase, rendered in Ultra Violette’s iconic blue – modelled off Yves Klein Blue. This bold statement piece immediately signals the brand’s presence and sets the tone for the entire office.

Have you heard of the “unexpected red theory”?

Coined by Brooklyn-based interior designer Taylor Migliazza Simon, the theory is that adding a splash of red, especially in unexpected places, instantly makes a space appear more put together.

Seeing the impact of pops of red in Concept’s design for DBR, we must agree.

Concept’s design for level 1 of 287 Collins nods to the history of the The Royal Bank Chambers building, constructed in 1938-41, with feature deco-style lighting across the suite.

We are always thrilled when a spec suite is let before construction is even finished, as was the case with EasyGo and this beautiful space designed and built for DBR. Located in the same building as our award-winning End Of Trip project, this spec suite honours the Deco elements of 287 Collins, while delivering a stylish workspace for modern business needs.

We’d like to congratulate Jack Ryan on his new role as Project Executive within the Concept team in Adelaide. 🎉🎉

After 12 months of being very effective on the project management side of our business, Jack now brings a fresh and pragmatic approach to the sales and business portion of Concept, ensuring landlords, agents and tenants are well supported right from the inception and design stages of a fitout, through to the final handover.

Jack will be working closely with Richard and Mark in delivering people-powered workspaces across Adelaide.
