Big week at PTR, Dyno Tuning BMW S1000RR's. Yamaha R1, Yamaha R7 & GasGas Mx250's with some suspension tune ups as well & now back to some Harley Gearboxes.

Well these 6 Speed Harley boxes keep coming, as do all the Japanese boxes, so not short of things to do, and still got a few unfinished projects to get to yet.

Last week was lots of gearbox mods this week has been all chassis and suspension with a couple of Dyno tunes. This BMW 2022/23 model in for Chassis & Suspension set up using our Lazer alignment and ZeroChassis computer software, I must say this Beemer is a very nice motorcycle with lots of adjustment.

This gearbox is out of a H2 Kawasaki for quick shifting modifications & Isotropic treatment / polishing for a drag race application. Interesting the H2 design is very similar to the late model Harley six speed gearbox.

Back on the Dyno, this CRF250 2023' with a Vortex ECU came up really well after changes to ignition, fuel and injector timing for both 98RON & ROO100 fuels.

Undercutting & quick change angle cuts on the six speed Harley box and just an undercut on the R6 box, still allot more work to do before the ISO treatment & Polish. Something to do on a wet Melbourne weekend.

As most of you will now be aware that we tragically lost Warren (wazza) Monson last Sunday at the Heathcote Dragway.
Warren has been an integral part of PTR for the past 20 years both in the workshop and at the race track as a Technician for some of the best riders in the Country. Not to mention the long list of Warrens achievements with Full Noize Racing on the Speedway a true Champion.
I could go on forever about how technically clever Warren was and how good he was at Dyno tuning & he continually fixed all the unfixable motorcycles that ended up in our workshop and I have a huge customer data base that would testify to Warren's miracle work.
Warren will be sadly missed by all that knew him. For Lynne & myself, we have lost a very dear Friend as well as the most loyal & dedicated irreplaceable employee one could ever hope to work with, Warren was like a son to us and helped us through some difficult times coming to the rescue whenever needed.
Our Condolences and thoughts are with Theresa & Jazz, Warren's Father Trevor and his Mother Carolyne, as well as all his close Family and Friends & everyone involved in Full Noize Racing.
R.I.P. Wazza and thank you for everything you have done for PTR, Lynne & myself, you will be in our hearts for ever my Friend and never to be forgotten.
